The Deutsches Kolleg supports the demand:
Immigration must not be a topic of the election campaign!
Argument:
-
Immigration is not open to discussion.
-
The emigration of the immigrants without prosecution, is likewise not open to discussion.
-
The conviction and punishment of war crimes is also not open to discussion, but is compelling ius gentium (even according to art. 25 Basic Law).
-
The immigration into the wholly occupied territory of the German Reich is a violation of the laws of the land, and of the Hague Convention from 1907 (Laws and Customs of War on Land, art. 43).
-
According to UNO Convention of 22 November 1968, immigrants and their supporters commit "crimes against humanity" which are not subject to any statute of limitations. The departure of the immigrants by impunitive emigration is thus likewise not open to discussion, because compelling ius gentium has fixed their right to punishment.
